Hi, I'm Maranda

I’m Maranda Carvell and I’m a Registered Nutritionist and Autoimmune Expert who specializes in resistant weight loss. Like many of my clients, I have not only a history of dieting, but also underlying health conditions - multiple autoimmune diseases and multiple infectious diseases.

After years of clinical nutrition practice, working on my own health, and running hundreds of clients through my online weight loss programs, I've taken what I've learned about nutrition and weight loss, and applied it to the 4 Week Jumpstart Coaching Membership, my quick start weight loss program with ongoing support.

My clients become more empowered by learning the right nutrition strategies that are proven to work, get better results than on traditional diets, and don't have to sacrifice health at the expense of weight loss.
