The 3P Jumpstart is a 4 week program that teaches you how to eat for weight loss (which is different than "eating healthy" or "eating clean") while staying full and satisfied, and leaving room for your favourite foods.
Unlike traditional weight loss programs, 3P programs don't require strict meal plans, limiting food groups, or complicated food rules. There's no meal plans, required foods, off limit foods, or running out of food.
I've also included optional recommendations for those living with an autoimmune condition, so that you're fully supported in both your weight loss and health goals.

Our bodies, hormones, and immune systems are complex, and influence not just our health but also our weight.
